Service Description

Conduct a comprehensive assessment to understand the wellbeing needs of your workplace- Employee Survey, Organisational SWOT, post survey Insight Session. Includes 3 sessions: 1 hour Initial Needs Assessment meeting with Leadership Team, 1 hour SWOT analysis session, and 1.5 hour Survey Results Insight Session.
